Refund policy

If your product is faulty please email saltybloom@outlook.com with your order number within 7 days of the delivered date. 

Refunds are available as long as your order meets the following criteria:

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In an unused, re-sellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What are the refund options?

  • Refund to store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method if the item is faulty

Can the items be exchanged?

Yes. If you're wanting to exchange an item, please email us with the details of your exchange so we can organise accordingly. 

Please note: The item you wish to exchange needs to be in an unused, original condition and returned within 7 days of the delivered date. 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
